Captive Ukrainian soldier: My commanders left me wounded and ran away

Moscow, SANA- A captured Ukrainian soldier has affirmed that his group leaders abandoned him after he was wounded in the village of Volchyarovka in the Lugansk People’s Republic and they fled.

“They abandoned me and ran away. I was alone, I broke my arm and shrapnel hit my neck. The commander of our group, told me to run to the basement, hide and treat myself,” prisoner, Mikhail Nestork, said according to the RIA Novosti news agency.

The Russian forces had liberated the village of Volchyarovka and captured a number of Ukrainian soldiers. During the battles, the Russian tanks and infantry liberated the village, and the Russian soldiers took the Ukrainian soldier out of the basement and provided him with medical assistance.
