Damascus, SANA “Syria Mod Baghdad” Exhibition for the ready-made clothes will be opened in Baghdad on Sunday.
The exhibition is organized by the Syrian Exporters’ Association for clothes and textile, Damascus Chamber of Industry, in cooperation with the Syrian Exporters’ Federation.
Head of the Syrian Exporters’ Federation Mohammad al-Sawwah told SANA that the 3-day exhibition aims at restoring communication with the Iraqi businessmen and industrialists in the domain of wears and textiles.
Al-Sawwah added that the Iraqi markets import between 20 to 30 percent of the Syrian textile, wear products.
Nearly 85 Syrian textiles, fabrics and wear companies will take part in the Exhibition which will be held at Baghdad Fairground.
