Russian MoD: Headquarters of Ukrainian nationalist (Dnipro) Regiment destroyed

Moscow, SANA-Russian Defense Ministry announced that last night, using high-precision missiles and sea-based missiles, headquarters and station of the extremist Ukrainian nationalist (Dnipro) Regiment were destroyed in the vicinity of Zvznetskoye town in Dnipropetrovsk region, where a group of foreign mercenaries arrived a few days ago.

The Ministry’s spokesperson, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said in a press statement on Sunday that high-precision air missiles also destroyed S-300 missile launchers discovered by Russian reconnaissance units.

Konashenkov added that Russian anti-air defenses shot down 8 Ukrainian drones in the air, and that the tactical operational aviation of the Russian aerospace forces had targeted 86 Ukrainian military installations, including two command centers, two ammunition depots, 3 fuel depots and 3 missile launchers, as well as 49 fortified positions and sites for mobilizing Ukrainian combat equipment.

In a related context, crews of Russian Ka-52 combat helicopters destroyed armored vehicles of Ukrainian Armed Forces, according to a footage released by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry said that the helicopters fired machine guns and missiles from low altitudes and twice attacked a convoy of automatic and anti-air systems related to Ukrainian forces.

Another footage showed that the Russian military distributed humanitarian assistance to the population in the town of Stanislav in the Ukrainian province of Kherson.

Local residents said that they ran out of food and stores in Stanislav are not working due to the continuous Ukrainian bombing from the side of the town of Nikolaev.
