Bern, SANA-The Syrian national football team advanced three places on the list of the world ranking of national teams issued by the International Football Association( FIFA).
The Syrian team became in the 88 place internationally, the 12th in Asia, and 10th in the Arab world.
The new classification came after the Syrian team beat Lebanon 3-0 and tied 1-1 with Iraq at the end of its participation in the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup.
