Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Ministry announced Tuesday destroying armored vehicles affiliated with Ukrainian forces with guided missiles fired by Russian combat helicopters.
“Mi-28N and Mi-28UB helicopters of Russian aviation and aerospace forces destroyed armored vehicles of the Ukrainian army with guided missiles’, the ministry was cited by TASS News Agency as saying.
The air raid was carried out in double groups from a distance of up to 5 km, and the damages inflicted on the targets were recorded, the ministry added, releasing footage on the process of destroying armored vehicles on its website.
Russian military aviation conducts operations for guarding the convoys, destroying enemy armored vehicles, transporting offensive forces and military goods, as well as providing air support to units that perform their tasks within the framework of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine.
