45 COVID-19 cases, 3 deaths reported in Syria on Friday

Damascus, SANA- Syria reported on Friday 45 new COVID-19 cases, in addition to 173 recoveries and 3 deaths, according to Health Ministry.

A statement issued by the Ministry showed that the overall number of infections registered in the country has amounted to 55.288, of which 49.151 have recovered, while 3.110 have passed away.

The first coronavirus case was detected in Syria in March 2020.
