Strong relations unite Syria and Pakistan, Human rights’ Minister says

Islamabad, SANA- Federal Minister of Human Rights of Pakistan, Shireen Mazari, affirmed on Thursday that historic and strong relations unite Pakistan and Syria.

Mazari, meeting the Chargé d’ Affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Islamabad, Mazen Obeid, hailed efforts exerted by Syria in regards to the humanitarian situation in the country , particularly during years of the crisis.

She referred to the importance of the Child Rights Law recently issued by President Bashar Al-Assad, which would boost the role of the State regarding Child rights protection, adding that Pakistan seeks to strengthen its relations with Syria in all fields.

For his part, Ambassador Obeid described the Syrian- Pakistani relations as deeply-rooted and friendly , which move towards more cooperation for the benefit of both countries.
