Damascus, SANA- Health Minister, Dr. Hassan Muhammad al-Ghabash, discussed with the United Nations’ High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) representative in Syria Sivanka Dhanapala, and his accompanying delegation means to enhance cooperation, especially in the field of supporting the health sector with necessary medical equipment.
Al-Ghabash pointed out the importance of the increasing level of joint coordination, particularly in the field of providing health services to those who deserve it in a timely manner, highlighting the support provided by the UNHCR in various fields.
In turn, Dhanapala praised the facilitation provided by the Syrian government to implement specific programs in order to improve living conditions in many targeted areas.
