Provinces, SANA – The Army and Armed Forces continued to pursue terrorist organizations across the country on Tuesday, killing and injuring scores of terrorists and destroying their vehicles in several areas.
Homs
Army units killed a number of terrorists and injured others in al-Waer neighborhood, the area surrounds al-Shaer field, al-Alyana, Rajm al-Qassr, Kifr Laha, Taldo, Habra al-Gharbeia, al-Msheirfeh al-Shamalya, the area surrounds Jub al-Jarah, al-Rastan, Rasm al-Dabaa, and al-Msheirfeh in Homs and its countryside.
Other units prevented terrorists from advancing towards the town of Ein al-Dananir from Ein Hussein al-Jaboubi village in Homs countryside.
The army also killed and injured a number of terrorists in the areas of al-Alyanyeh, Jazal, Talbeseh and al-Farhanyeh al-Gharbyeh.
Idleb
Army units eliminated tens of terrorists and targeted their gatherings and vehicles in Khan Sheikhon, al-Habeet, al-Mstariha, al-Shoha, al-Zafr, al-Thahabia, al-Khafia, Abdeen, and Tal Mrak in Idleb countryside.
Other units eliminated a number of terrorists and injured others in Hallouz, al-Tanjara, Majdalia, Kafr Shlaya, Maarzraf, Taftanaz, Tal Salmo, Talab, and Abu al-Duhour.
Army units targeted terrorists’ concentrations in Mouqa, al-Taman’a, al-Hweiz and Deir Sunbul, killing scores of terrorists and destroying a number of vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns.
Damascus Countryside
Army units killed a number of terrorists, injured others, and destroyed some of their vehicles in al-Qalamon area in Damascus Countryside.
A military source told SANA that the army carried out night raid against a terrorists’ hideout in Sa’sa area in Damascus Countryside, adding that the hideout was completely destroyed and the terrorists in it were killed.
The army also targeted and destroyed terrorists’ vehicles in al-Qalamoun and killed all the terrorists riding in them.
Aleppo
Army units repelled terrorist groups’ attempts to attack al-Swaiqa the Old City in Aleppo, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists who had detonated explosives that damaged several old buildings west of al-Omran buildings.
Quneitra
Army units destroyed terrorist concentrations around Kuroum Jabba hill and al-Bazzaq hill in Quneitra countryside, eliminating a number of terrorists including Sobhi Alloush and Mohammad al-Qaeri who were leaders of terrorist groups.
Daraa
Army units eliminated many terrorists, most of them foreigners, in the town of Ibta’a in Daraa countryside and in al-Nazihin camp, near al-Bahar cemetery, near the old customs building, and near Bilal al-Habashi mosque in Daraa al-Balad, in addition to destroying terrorists’ rocket launcher and mortar launcher in Ibta’a.
The army also prevented terrorists from moving towards a military post north of al-Bitar farm near the town of Atman in Daraa countryside.
Other units eliminated a number of terrorists who were attempting to move towards military posts near the town of Namer and the town of Sheikh Miskin in Daraa province, in addition to destroying a 23mm launcher and killing the terrorists manning it in Alma farms.
Army units also eliminated a number of terrorists the towns of al-Soura, Sheikh Miskin, Alma, al-Hirak, Mleihet al-Atash, and Namer in the province’s countryside.
Hama
Army units eliminated and injured many terrorists in the town of Kafr Zita in Hama countryside and destroyed their vehicles, weapons, and ammo, in addition to destroying terrorist hideouts in the village of Hesraya and the town of al-Latamneh, leaving several terrorists dead or injured.
Other units destroyed terrorist concentrations and vehicles in the village of Abu Ramal, in addition to killing 7 terrorists, injuring 23, and destroying 3 of their vehicles in Jana al-Olbawi village.
A military source said the army targeted and destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in Atshan, Kifr Zeita, Abu al-Rimal, Qastal Wastani, Abayka, Qleib al-Thour and Jana al-Albawi in Hama countryside, adding that scores of terrorists were killed and a number of their vehicles were destroyed.
Hasaka
Army unit eliminated many ISIS terrorists between Tal Hamis and Abu al-Qasaib and in Twaina area in Qamishli countryside, destroying a vehicle equipped with a heavy machinegun.
