Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become from 6 to 9 degrees above average in most regions as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a southwestern air current in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be hot and clear in general and dusty, misty in al-Jazeera, al-Badia and the eastern regions.
The winds will be changeable of low in speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/20 , Daraa 38/20, Homs 36/18 , Lattakia 28/18 , Aleppo 38/20 and Tartous 28/18 .
