Damascus, SANA- Cham Wings Airlines resumed on Sunday direct flights from Damascus to Moscow, after a period of suspension due to the novel Coronavirus pandemic.
The company’s flight took off on Sunday at 9:00 am from Damascus International Airport to Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow with 71 passengers on board, and a shipment of strawberries.
The plane arrived at Sheremetyeva Airport on schedule at 14:10 according time in Moscow.
the first flight of the Syrian Airlines to th Vnukovo International Airport took off from Damascus International Airport on the 11th of April,2021, marking the regular re-operation of air transport between the two countries in front of travelers, amid health measures that ensure safe transportation for them.
Cham Wings Airlines continues to operate direct flights from Damascus International Airport to Muscat, Kuwait, Erbil, Baghdad, Beirut, Tehran, Yerevan (Armenia), Benghazi, Qamishli, in addition to indirect flights to Riyadh and Dubai as it is preparing soon to run the first flight to Karachi in Pakistan.
