Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will gradually rise, yet they will remain around average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while the weather will be cold at night, warning against frost in the mountains.
The wind will be of changeable direction and low speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 22/5, Daraa 21/5, Homs 23/3, Lattakia 22/8, Aleppo 21/4 and Deir Ezzor 25/9.
