President al-Assad issues law that fixes real estate sales’ tax

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Monday issued Law No. 15 for 2021 that regulates receiving the real estate sales’ tax, which will be fixed in line with a rate of the real value of the square meter, based on the financial evaluation of the real estate according to criteria and factors for each of the residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural or tourist properties.
