Temperatures above average, clear to partly cloudy skies

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly rise to become from 4 to 7 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwesterly air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

 Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear

to partly cloudy, and the weather will be cold at night, warning against formation of fog over the mountains and some inland areas in the early morning.

The wind will be variable to southeasterly with low speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

 The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows:

Damascus 20/7, Daraa 20/7, Homs 20/7, Hasaka 22/8, Tartous 22/11, Deir Ezzor 21/8.
