Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become from 4 to 6 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of atmosphere.
Meteorology Department in its Sunday bulletin expected the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, meanwhile, the weather will be cold over the mountains at night, warning against fog over mountains and parts of southern and central regions in the early morning.
The winds will be northwesterly with low speed, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows:
Damascus 20/7, Daraa 19/10, Homs 21/8, Hasaka 22/7, Tartous 22/13, Aleppo 19/8, Idleb 18/8, Deir Ezzor 22/10.
