Israeli occupation declares scheme to establish 8,300 settlement units in occupied Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- The Israeli occupation authorities on Tuesday announced a scheme for establishing 8,300 new settlement units in occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinian Wafa News Agency reported that the new scheme aims to establish 8,300 settlement units on the Palestinian territories which extend from Beit Safafa town, southeast of occupied Jerusalem passing through al-Baqa’a neighborhood and Talbiot area till al- Walajah village, southwest of the occupied city.

In framework of their hostile schemes of judization which aim to displace the Palestinians, over the past period, the occupation authorities have escalated their settlement operations in the West Bank, particularly in occupied Jerusalem in disregard of all the international resolutions which affirm the illegitimacy of the settlement in the occupied territories and demand to stop it.
