Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badia “semi-desert” regions.
At night the weather will be relatively cold and fog is expected over the mountains and in some inland areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and it will become active sometimes in the eastern regions while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/20, Daraa 30/20, Homs 31/18, Lattakia 30/21, Aleppo 32/17 and Deir Ezzor 35/21.
