Damascus, SANA-A moderate earthquake was registered at 3.8 on the Richter Scale north of Damascus on the Syrian- Lebanese borders.

The National Center for Earthquakes said , in a statement , that on Friday at 2:20 a.m. a moderate earthquake of 3.8 Magnitude on the Richter scale occurred on the Syrian –Lebanese border at a depth of 1 km, 60 km north of Damascus and 15 km away from Baalbek city.
