Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 16 new cases of coronavirus were registered among the Syrian arrivals from abroad, six of which are from Emirates, two from Sudan, four from Russia, and four from Kuwait to raise the total number to 86 infections.
The Ministry said in a statement that the number of coronavirus infections in Syria reached 86 ones until today, 41 of them have recovered while four have died.
The Ministry has not registered any local coronavirus cases in Syria since the beginning of May.
On March 22nd, the first case of Coronavirus was registered in Syria for a person who had come from abroad.
