Terrorists breach demilitarized zone agreement in Idleb, army eliminates infiltrating terrorist group

Idleb, SANA- Terrorist organizations continued to breach the demilitarized zone agreement in Idleb through shelling residential areas and army posts operating in Idleb southern countryside and Hama northern countryside.

SANA reporter in Hama said that terrorist groups positioned in al-Latamina city fired shells and explosive bullets on al-Zalaqyiat area in the northern countryside causing material damage and no civilian causalities were reported.

The reporter added that army units operating in the area retaliated to the attack with the suitable weapons through targeting the areas from which the shells were fired, inflicting heavy losses upon terrorists.

Meanwhile, an army unit on Tuesday foiled an attempt by a terrorist group to infiltrate on board a four-wheel car from Idleb southern countryside towards one of the military positions in Hama northern countryside.

SANA’s reporter in Hama said that an army unit tracked a four-wheel car carrying a terrorist group on board from the Idleb southern countryside which was trying to infiltrate through the road linking Habit town, 77 km to the southwest of Idleb, towards al-Jeesat village in Hama countryside.

The army unit targeted the infiltrating terrorist group with the suitable weapons, destroying their car and killing all terrorists on board.

Since the signing of the demilitarized zone agreement in Idleb, army units have foiled tens of the infiltration attempts by terrorists from the countryside of Idleb and Hama towards military posts which protect civilians in the safe towns in Hama northern countryside.
