US warplanes strike ISIS sites in Raqqa, Hasaka

Raqqa, SANA- The US and its allies launched Sunday airstrikes against sites of the Islamic State ISIS terrorist organization in Raqqa province.

Civil sources told SANA that the raids targeted ISIS sites in the northern part of Raqqa city, the area surrounding al-Tabaqa Airport and in al-Akershi village in the eastern side of the province.

The US warplanes also targeted ISIS sites in the western countryside of Hasaka.

Civil sources said that the raids targeted terrorist organization’s sites in Abdul-Aziz Mountain, which is located 35 KM to the northwest
of Hasaka city, and a number of the villages surrounding the mountain.
