Tartous, SANA – 40 craftsmen are taking part in the “Hand in Hand to Build Syria” art exhibition which showcases an intriguing diverse mix of artifacts made with seashells and silver at Tartous Ancient Gallery.
The exhibition includes art pieces made of recycled materials and waste disposal, in addition to potteries, wooden handicrafts and food products to shed light on the beauty and richness of coastal heritage and folklore.
Craftswoman Nada Ibrahim noted that the shellcraft is an old profession that requires precision and attention to details
In turn, Nada Hamed said that the exhibition provides an opportunity to display her painting and embroidered products.
The exhibition lasts till 20th of August.
