Astana, SANA_ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Roman Vasilenko, said that his country is ready to continue providing a platform for talks to find a solution to the crisis in Syria.
“We are ready to offer our services as a host for holding the talks on Syria,” Vassilenko told Russian news agency Sputnik on Thursday, adding that a decision on holding these talks is made by the three guarantor countries, Russia, Iran and the Turkish regime, as well as Syrian parties.
Vasilenko noted that his country is positively assessing the talks held in Astana on Syria.
The Kazakh capital, Astana, hosted nine meetings on Syria, the last of which was on May 14 -15.
The next Astana format meeting will be held in Sochi on July 30-31.
