Hama, SANA-50 gunmen have had their legal status settled after they turned themselves in and handed their weapons over to authorities in Hama province.
The gunmen pledged not to get involved in any act that might harm the homeland’s security in the future.
Hama governor Dr. Ghassan Khalaf, who met the released gunmen, said the homeland will remain “the warm refuge” for all the Syrians, adding that Syria needs the efforts of all for its rebuilding.
The persons who had their files settled, for their part, expressed joy for having the chance to mend their ways, urging those who persist along “a wrong path” to do the same.
