Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become above average by 4 to 7 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general, some scattered clouds will appear. The weather will be misty in eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badia (desert).
The winds will be western of moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 25/13, Daraa 25/13, Homs 22/11, Hama 23/11, Lattakia 22/16, Aleppo 22/12 and Deir Ezzor 26/15.
