Syrian national team wins bronze medal at FINA Swimming World Cup 

Dubai, SANA – The Syrian national team for short course swimming won on Sunday a bronze medal in the 200-meter freestyle relay held in the framework of FINA Swimming World Cup competitions going on in Dubai.

Dubai tournament is the second in a series of FINA competitions which include seven stages, the first of which kicked off few days ago in Doha.

Hong Kong, Moscow, Beijing and Tokyo will be the next stages, respectively.

The final round of FINA will be held in Singapore on November 1st and 2nd.

The national team members hope to score better results in competitions later on the day and tomorrow.

Syrian swimmers have received many awards and gold medals in regional and international championships.
