Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain above average by 3 to 6 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial seasonal air pressure accompanied with a subtropical high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be hot and clear in general, and misty and very hot in the eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badia.
The winds will be changeable to northwesterly of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The temperatures will rise to become 4 to 7 above average.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 36/20, Daraa 33/19, Homs 32/21, Hama 37/22, Lattakia 29/25, Aleppo 36/22 and Deir Ezzor 42/25.
