Law imposing fine on smugglers and sellers of illegal tobacco and cigarettes

Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday Law no.26 for the year 2017 on imposing a fine on anyone who smuggles or sells illegal tobacco and cigarettes.

The fine is worth three times the value of the smuggled quantity seized, according to the law.
