Damascus Countryside, SANA – Army units established full control over the Tameco pharmaceuticals factory and neighboring farms in Eastern Ghouta area and eliminated many terrorists in Adra and Douma areas in Damascus Countryside.
A military source told SANA that the terrorists who had been holed up in the factory and the neighboring buildings and farms were killed, adding that huge amounts of weapons and ammunition were found and confiscated as well.
Army engineering units dismantled a number of explosive devices in the area.
The source said that the army destroyed a tunnel used by terrorists for transportation and carrying weapons between Adra and Douma areas, and that many terrorists were killed in the tunnel.
