Tehran, SANA- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasimi condemned the terrorist attacks which targeted Damascus, expressing hope that terrorism will be eradicated from the region, particularly in Syria and Iraq.
In a statement on Monday, Qasimi said that whenever the countries that are friendly towards Syria open new prospects for curbing tension and launching dialogue, the Takfiri terrorists do such cowardly and blind terrorist acts against the innocent civilians.
He expressed Iran’s solidarity with the Syrian Government and people, and its deep condolences to the families of the victims.
