Mikdad: Indecent language used by French and British representatives at Security Council came as hysterical reaction towards victories of the Syrian Army

Damascus, SANA- Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister Fayssal Mikdad stressed that using an indecent language in at international circles came as a hysterical reaction towards the victories achieved by the Syrian Arab army.

In an interview with the Syrian TV on Friday, Mikdad referred to the impolite language used by the French and British representatives during a session of the UN Security Council which any normal person couldn’t believe that can be used at the Council.

Mikdad hailed the stance of the Bolivian delegation which defended all the peoples of the developing countries across the world who are struggling against terrorism, the US hegemony, the double standards and against using force in the international relations.

“We wished that the US would use that super power against the ISIS, yet up till this moment it has not used it despite of the alleged coalition it formed three years ago which only shells the Syrian infrastructure such as the bridges, hospitals and schools and which divulges the truth of the support provided by the US to the terrorist organizations,” Mikdad said.

He affirmed that the US aggression against Syria is a reflection of a new alliance between the US and the terrorist organizations which have been created by the US to defend “Israel” and its plans in the region, indicating that the Syrian Arab army is an icon of the struggle against terrorism and that whoever claims to fight terrorism mustn’t support it.

He added “We as the Syrian people and leadership and as friends in the camp of the resistance along with the states which support Syria have only the choice of facing the challenges for realizing the freedom and progress in the world.”
