More than 6 tons of Russian aid distributed to families in Aleppo and Lattakia

Lattakia, SANA-Russian Coordination Center at Hmeimim distributed humanitarian aid provided by Russia to a number of families in the provinces of Lattakia and Aleppo during the past 24 hours.

In a statement, the Center said that it delivered 6.1 tons of humanitarian aid to 6300 persons via 7 humanitarian campaigns during the last 24 hours in Aleppo and the countryside of Lattakia.

The Center pointed out that more than 3.8 tons of bread, 3000 meals and 400 food portions had been distributed to the residents of Bab al-Nairab, al-Sheikh Maqsoud, al-Miasar, al-Khalidia, Salah Eddein and al-Akramia in Aleppo and Batmana village in the countryside of Lattakia.

It added that the UN and other organizations continue providing humanitarian and medical aid to Syrian residents.
